Our commitment to continuous improvement accelerates the excellence journey. We understand that excellence is a journey, not a destination. Our roadmap to excellence constitutes following the vision of DAEP's leadership while utilising innovative best practices. Adhering to the Dubai Government Excellence Program, DAEP implements the government's best practices. As we execute government work, we are guided by effectiveness, efficiency, learning and development, as well as the use of concepts relating to innovation, future foresight and integration.

A Foundation of Total Quality Management

By adopting the Total Quality Management (TQM) model as our foundation for operational excellence, DAEP aligns to the Dubai Government Excellence Program while conforming to international standards. This is achievable through a flexible Integrated Management System.

We recognise that successful systems for innovation, occupational health and safety, security, quality, environment, business continuity, information security and risk management are fundamental to our business. This is why DAEP continuously records and improves all relevant processes and procedures to ensure all standards are met or exceeded.

Executing quality at every step

DAEP has an intensive three-tier system for Quality Assurance, from the inception of a project to after execution. First, the scope of work is documented. This is followed by a process map outlining minimum input and output requirements. Finally, project execution begins along with documentation at every step.

Planning, doing, checking, acting

The PDCA method and RADAR logic for ongoing quality improvement is part of our organisational philosophy. To get increasingly closer to excellence, we Plan, Do and Check for quality before we Act at every level.

Realising service targets

DAEP quality management teams work internally and cross-functionally on work improvement, internal assessment, quality representation and organisational excellence. These processes and teams are an integral part of the execution of every project, allowing for the highest level of quality in every aspect.

Our efforts have been recognised by several local and international governing bodies. In addition to ISO and CEN/TS certifications, DAEP has received several prestigious awards in the recent past, including:
