Executing quality at every step
DAEP has an intensive three-tier system for Quality Assurance, from the inception of a project to after execution. First, the scope of work is documented. This is followed by a process map outlining minimum input and output requirements. Finally, project execution begins along with documentation at every step.

The PDCA method and RADAR logic for ongoing quality improvement is part of our organisational philosophy. To get increasingly closer to excellence, we Plan, Do and Check for quality before we Act at every level.
